Our cost-estimating services typically begin with an initial “fact-finding” conversation to discover what the customer envisions and what we realistically can achieve. That initial, simple consultation is often complimentary. From there:

• A more in-depth consultation of possibilities, materials, etc. is $100
• An on-site sketch for a fairly simple project can be created for $125 (and a portion is credited back to the project)
• Design and planning for more complex projects can range from $250 to $500
• Following the design process, a timeline is reviewed with clients, setting expectations and deadlines for completion.
• We are mindful of the investment our customers are making in their home. Therefore, we create an overall project master plan and complete our project work in convenient phases that provide the look of a finished project with only our customers knowing there is more to come!
